Creating an Experience Map

The team or participants gather firsthand accounts from real users about their interactions with a service, documenting actions, thoughts, and feelings at each step. These are then organized into a visual timeline showing stages, actions, emotions, and touchpoints, either collaboratively or by ordering event cards chronologically. The map is refined to reflect the consolidated user experience.
