Facilitated Group
Open Space
A facilitator gathers a diverse group of external stakeholders in a circle and invites them to propose discussion topics they care about. Participants self-organize into small groups to explore these topics, with the freedom to move between sessions. The workshop concludes with a shared reflection where participants report key learnings and findings from the parallel discussions.
